Fern Smith's Organizing Your Students' Work for the Week!
My Weekly Folders
Organization is the difference between a good teacher and a great teacher! It is the difference between a great teacher and an excellent teacher because you are not wasting your time & energy looking for things!
These WERE my folders for two years, I love them, they make showing up on Monday so easy...but they were beat up!
 3 for $1 at Wal*Mart! So I bought two packs!
My folders are a simple plan and easy enough for a sub to figure out in a hurry if she needs them! Our students' math books are consumable, my wonderful paraprofessional pulls out the pages and staples everything by day! {I'm spoiled, I ♥love her!}  I use the folders to organize anything we might need that day. This way I am not wasting instructional time trying to find where everything is! 
On Friday, or sometimes even Thursday afternoon, it takes less then five minutes to slip everything into the folders for next week! I love it, especially when there is a problem at my morning duty station and the students and I come in late....everything is there and ready to roll! I hope this little tip can help you too!

    I hope I can turn back the time when I was still in college. I had a hard time organizing things because of different project and group commitments.
